At Glass Image Photography Studios we have the expertise, experience and equipment to cater for most types of Location photography work. Working in environments outside the normal studio set-up can be challenging to even the most experienced photographer. Changing lighting conditions, reflective subjects, or difficult camera angles caused by obstructions can all create problems that require the use of specialised equipment. Due to the extremely high cost of high end photographic equipment, many photographers opt to use the same basic equipment for all of their assignments. In most cases this will be a digital SLR Camera with a few basic lenses. Whilst these can often produce great results, there are many cases, particularly in product photography, building photography or food photography where the use of highly specialised equipment is required to achieve the highest possible image quality or creative aesthetic appeal. At Glass Image Photography Studios we have invested in world class leading Phase One Digital Capture equipment and highly specialised Arca Swiss, Technical View Cameras which are capable of producing stunning image quality with an output that will take you from a website jpeg image right up to Billboard Size advertising image without loss of important detail. Our studio lighting equipment can be adapted to work on location at remote sites if necessary, even in locations where electrical power supply is not available. As a guideline, pricing for small location assignments is based on a travel/set-up fee of just €120 + vat inc up to one photography work on site. Additional hours our normally charged at €65.00.
